Whether it is a peaceful holiday or base to explore the Lake District of Dales, the Clifton makes the ideal setting for your stay in Morecambe. Situated on the West Promenade overlooking the splendid West End Gardens, the hotel enjoys magnificent uninterrupted views of the bay and lakeland mountains from the Lounge, Dining Room and all front bedrooms. Entertainment and shops are all close by, so that few attractions are beyond walking distance.
The Clifton is under the personal supervision of its proprietors Paul and Lydia Kim who constantly strive to meet your holiday needs. The hotel is renowned for its good service, comfort and excellent wholesome food
Facilities for guests include a Cocktail Bar with Dance Floor and occasional entertainment,TV Lounge with its own large screen colour television, a Sun Patio and Games Room with pool, table tennis and darts
Naturally, all our modern bedrooms have colour televisions, complimentary tea and coffee makers. Each are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard and all rooms have private facilities en-suite. A number are available on the ground floor, although a passenger lift of stairlift does cover the main building.
To ensure your comfort at all times the hotel is central heated throughout.

HOW TO FIND US
Morecambe is within easy reach of the M6 motorway. Leave the M6 at junction 34 and take the A683 to Lancaster. Cross the River Lune on the A589 to Morecambe and at the third roundabout turn left. Follow the road for three miles to the Promenade, turn left and the Clifton Hotel is immediately on your left hand side. .
